Week 2 of Nutrisystem is now done and I am moving onto Week 3 – The Vacation Week! Dun Dun Dun! We are headed to Central CA to visit my grandparents. I’m actually not worried about it at all because I am taking my Nutrisystem food with me, plus I’ve gotten really good at ordering at restaurants so I think I should do pretty good this next week.
So, let’s talk about Week 2. Do you ever watch The Biggest Loser? I haven’t watched it for a couple seasons but I remember very clearly that Week 2 was always that DREADED, bad week. I wouldn’t say I dreaded this week (and not like I was working out like the people on Biggest Loser) but halfway through the week, I realized my body did not seem happy. Let’s just say, my system wasn’t regular AT ALL. I should really start listening to my Grandma’s “2 prune a day” advice. But anyways, I had a feeling that my body was maybe in shock from that 5.5 pound loss last week. So, when I stepped on the scale, this is what I saw:
Starting Weight: 241.8
Week 1 Weight: 236.3 Loss: 5.5
Week 2 Weight: 234.4 Loss: 1.9
Total Lost: 7.4 pounds
Before I started Nutrisystem, I was really curious as to how the food was shipped & what it looked like. Next week, I will show you some pictures of that food itself but this week I thought I would show you what it looked like as the food arrived on my doorstep. I can’t tell you how excited I was to open our gate & see this:
