I know I’ve said it before but Knott’s Berry Farm is by far one of our favorite places to go in Southern CA (or anywhere for that matter). I grew up going there, back when the Soap Box Cars were still there (I know my friends that grew up here will know what I’m talking about), back when you could go across the street from the park & ride a couple small rides for a small fee, back before it grew to what it is today. But, through everything, Knott’s Berry Farm has stayed a family favorite and a place that we love making new family memories at.
This summer there are lots of great new things coming to Knott’s Berry Farm! First up is the new Voyage to the Iron Reef ride. This ride is a 4-D Interactive ride officially opened on May 15th and I can’t wait to go experience it! The thrilling ride takes you into the depths of the Boardwalk to fight the Kraken Queen and save the park from a watery doom on Voyage to the Iron Reef™. Not only is it a ride, but it’s interactive too and guests will see 10 scenes filled with menacing sea creatures and many hidden surprises that react to the freeze blasters controlled by the guests on board. You’ll earn a score when you ride so each time, you can try to beat your own score or the score of your friends & family! Knott’s is also opening a refurbished 8,186 sq. ft. arcade a new shop called Nautilus and will reopen it’s Laser tag area later this summer.
