We received goods from Monster High to facilitate this review. All thoughts and opinions are my own and 100% honest.
My daughter has loved the Monster High dolls & movies ever since she first saw them in stores. Even though she is 11, she still loves playing with them from time to time & loves watching the movies still. I love that about her (I played with dolls until I was 13…thank goodness for little sisters!) She was so excited to check out the new Monster High Clawesome Double Feature DVD (featuring Fright On! and Escape from Skull Shores), plus she got to review and play with the Monster High Operetta Picture Day doll.
I was really pleased with the details on the Operetta doll. Everything from beautiful makeup and markings on her face to a fun rockabilly hairstyle to a fun outfit made her a great doll to play with. My 5 1/2 year old niece came over for the weekend and brought all her Monster High dolls along with her. She thought the Operetta Picture Day doll was so pretty and loved playing with her. I personally love all the details that go into her outfit, hairstyle and accessories. Definitely a thumbs up from our family!
The girls were also very excited to watch the Monster High Clawesome Double Feature Movie. They watched both movies back to back and we barely heard a peep from the bedroom as they watched it! They said they really loved it & can’t wait to watch it again!
It’s time to “fang out” with your favorite ghoulfriends in this frightfully fabulous double feature, straight from the latest scare-mester at Monster High™! Everyone’s ready for some monstrous fun in the sun during Spring Break in Escape from Skull Shores. But when they find themselves shipwrecked on a totally strange island, Frankie Stein™ is taken by a mysterious Beast…who may just need a little rescuing of his own! Then it’s time to pull together all the student bodies when a meddling normie tries to drive a stake into the imperfectly perfect harmony of Monster High™ in Fright On! It’s up to Frankie Stein™, Clawdeen Wolf™, Draculaura™ and their fangtastic friends to prove that the culture clash of Fur and Fang is no longer an issue for this scary-cool student body!
