It’s always fun to make things that not only the kids can help make but that they also love to eat. These Lucky Charms Pops fit that bill! They are easy to make, are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or anytime and they taste yummy! Lucky Charms is one of my favorite cereals to eat (yes, I realize I am almost 37 years old but I still love them!) so these are perfect for a fun treat!
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows
- 6 cups of Lucky Charms cereal
- paper straws
Instructions:
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Add in marshmallows and stir as they melt.
- When melted, add in 6 cups of cereal.
- Pour mixture into a 9×9 pan.
- Do not let mixture completely cool. While still warm, cut bars to desired size and insert straw into bottom.
- Allow pops to completely cool and set before arranging them upright.
That’s it! Isn’t it easy? A yummy, fun treat that I am certain everyone will LOVE!

The best part of Lucky Charms is the marshmallows, so it’s gotta rock if you drench them in melted marshmallow! No way would I have the patience to cut them into such perfect squares and put them on lollipop sticks though. I’d probably eat half the pan before they even cooled. Thanks for the great idea!

Ohhh those are so cute and look yummy too. Our kids would have loved those! It brings back happy memories of when I was raising our 5 and every St. Patrick’s Day… before they got up in the morning, I would hide all the other boxes of cereal and only have Lucky Charms in the cupboard and the kids would laugh and say “mommmm, you hid all the cereal and only left Lucky Charms for St. Patrick’s day lol” and I would always laugh and say “Me?! Nooo! It was the mischievous leprechauns, they do stuff like that, they think it’s funny” and they’d giggle.. then through out the day, I’d have the leprechauns leave other little themed treats around for them and play other innocent funny little tricks to make them laugh.
