Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be a Mom. My own mom was a stay-at-home mom of 3 girls and I just knew it was what I wanted to do when it came time to have my own family. When the time did come, I realized that it’s not always that easy being a one-income family (not to mention all the hard jobs that go into being a parent!) but it was something that was so important to both me and my husband, we made it work (and even after 15+ years of doing it, it’s still hard). Being able to stay at home has been a very positive thing for my family and I’m happy that I chose it and we made it work. Like the Stay-at-Home Super Dad video above says, it’s a hard job but the benefits are great!
New York Life is all about celebrating good and using our life experiences to help others. They also realize that celebrating the people you love doesn’t just happen on Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc. It’s about celebrating them every day. “Keep Good Going” is about taking what you know & what you have learned in your own life, through your experiences, and sharing them with your family & loved ones. It’s the words of wisdom that your mom shared with you because her mother shared them with her when she was a child. New York Life also helps you to continue the good in your life with life insurance & other financial products so that that your spouse, children, etc. are taken care of as well.
What life lesson or story can you share with your family, in order to “Keep Good Going”? Make sure you check out New York Life’s “Celebrating Good” initiative, which tallies & celebrates all of those special moments and holidays (the latest being Father’s Day).
