I would like you to all spend a moment & take in the picture above (please excuse the picture of a picture technique that I had to rock!). That’s me with my 2 younger sisters and my Mom at Disneyland, August 1985. What I want you to focus on is my fashion sense (or lack thereof). I believe I am rocking a lavender sweater with a sweet collar, pink corduroy pants (gotta love that swoosh swoosh sound they make when you walk) AND I finished up that runway look with a pair of yellow Jellys! While the 80’s weren’t kind to me in a fashion, hair, boys-like-me kind of way, the one thing that the 80’s were awesome for were my Jelly shoes! So, if you were a Jelly lover like I was, I have great news for you…
That’s right! Jelly Beans Sandals are back, are fabulous and will look great with anything you own! I wanted my daughter, Ashlyn, to experience the fun of Jellys so I got her a pair of Jellys in “Purple Haze” (she’s almost exactly the age I was in that Disneyland picture above!). I found that one of the most fun things about Jelly Beans site was looking at each description for the different shoes. For “Purple Haze”, it says “You’re always the last one standing, the hungry youth. Stay foolish.” But, I think my most favorite one was for the black Jellys, or “Licorice” as they are called: “The ultimate statement of dissatisfaction. You don’t have time to think about your outfit. Black goes with everything, including your soul.”
Jelly Beans are launching their brand new Jellys here in the United States this month. The awesome thing about Jellys is you can wear them with skirts, jeans, shorts, anything and any color your little heart desires. Plus, they really do look fantastic on any foot, no matter if you’re buying for a toddler, a tween like my daughter or if you’re a stylish Hot Mama, like my friend Chelsea!
Here’s something else that’s fantastic! Now when you order Jelly Beans, you get FREE shipping (just make sure you choose United States at the top left)! I don’t know about you but I LOVE getting free shipping, especially on something that I can’t wait to get me hands on! Before bringing the shoes here to the US, you would have had to order Jelly Beans from Australia and I can’t imagine how much shipping that would be! But now, since Jelly Beans has brought them back over here, shipping is free!
Don’t forget to visit Jelly Beans to see all the awesome colors and to get your own pair of shoes! You can also find Jelly Beans on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest!
